The Equity Leadership Project is a collaborative research team striving to understand how to lead in ways that make public school systems racially equitable. Researchers from three universities have teamed up with three PreK-12 public school districts to explore leadership for equity firsthand.

How do district administrators’ equity leadership activities account for context?

How do equity leadership activities spread within districts?

How and in what ways does equity leadership inform district organizational change?
